PlanetAir 29 with Trailer Aerate a green in less than 10 minutes. PlanetAir Knifng: more aeration, less disruption. The patented planetary gear drive puts the tines through a loop action which creates a small incision at the soil surface and a loop movement below, relieving compaction with minimal surface disruption. PlanetAir knifing cuts plant stems and roots, this results in finer textured turf and less thatch. PlanetAir Coring: Less compaction, less clean-up. PlanetAir coring tines combine a knife and coring tube. The coring tube compresses and removes plugs. The knife stirs the soil in a complete loop around the area where the plug was removed relieving the compaction of the coring process. The rotor and the housing knocks the soil off the cores. Features: • Aerates at 1.8 - 3.8 mph with an oil-free 3-speed transmission • Produces up to 30 holes/sq ft - determined by ground speed and tine setup • Fast depth adjustment: between 1.S"to 3" deep • Operator safe, light weight, walk-behind design • Dual drive rollers to handle sloped conditions • Only 18 minutes to switch between coring and knifing tines • Quick transport with optional easy to load aluminum trailer.
